December 2001 BIC GRAN' with the support from the German Organization for Technical Assistance started a two-year project Action-based Environmental Education and Internet. In April 2002 a new teacher's book "Natural and Virtual World, or Eco-education with Internet" was released. The manual was published as a part of the project Action-based Environmental Education and Internet.

International seminar "Achievements in Environmental Education: with and without Internet" is held in Ulan-Ude in April 2002.

As a part of the coming seminar we announce a contest for the best environmental project among secondary schools of the Buryat Republic. The best project will be placed at the Internet site.
